What Is Proxy : In computer networking world, a proxy server is a server that acts as an intermediary for requests from clients seeking resources from other servers. A client connects to the proxy server, requesting for some services , available from a different server and the proxy server evaluates the request as a way to simplify and control its complexity. Proxies were invented to add structure and encapsulation to distributed systems. Today, most proxies are web proxies, facilitating access to content on the World Wide Web. By other meaning Proxy is used to hide you identity and to change your IP Address.

How To Change IP Address (By Proxy) In Web Browsers :

1) Google Chrome : Go To Options > Under the hood > Network > Change proxy settings > LAN settings > Use a proxy server > Advanced > HTTP.

2) Mozilla Firefox : Go To Tools > Options > Advanced > Settings > Manual proxy configuration.

3) Internet Explorer : Go To Tools > Internet options > Connections > LAN settings > Use a proxy server > Advanced > HTTP.

4) Opera : Go To Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Network.
